We can offer five-star luxury accommodation for family groups of up to four people.

Double room with beamed ceiling and king-size bed. TV, tea and coffee-making facilities.

Large, luxurious private bathroom with shower and two baths, one of which has water jets - what better way to relax after a day exploring the Border Country?

Entrance from the decking is via a private guest lounge.

Tariff (including breakfast):

• Two persons sharing: £60 for one night, £50 if more than one night;
• Single occupancy: £40 per night.

Additional twin-bedded room

Cosy twin-bedded room with beamed ceiling. Suitable for children or other family members but not available separately.

Tariff (including breakfast): room rate £45 per night.
