The property is located 200 yards ( 180 metres ) along a tarmac drive off the main road.
On a gravel courtyard. Guests can unload at the bottom of 4 steps to the property.
A short walk ( 11 yards, 10 metres ) on wooden decking leads to the guest entrance, then one small step into the property.
Access to the guest accommodation from the decking is through the guest lounge.
Bedrooms are reached via a wide, well lit staircase: two steps, platform; six steps, platform; three steps, platform and one step.
The main bedroom is a walk of 6 yards ( 5 metres ) along a galleried landing.
The main bedroom is 22 feet by 12 feet ( 6.7 metres by 3.6 metres ), with a recessed sitting/dressing table area reached under a beam 5 feet 4 inches ( 1.6 metres ) high. There is a high king-size bed.
The very large guest bathroom ( 28 feet by 13 feet, 8.5 metres by 3.9 metres ) is next door to the bedroom, not en suite.
